

Energy Resources Development
Pacific Oil & Gas (PO&G) is an independent energy resources development company operating throughout the energy supply chain from upstream through to downstream projects. The company is involved in projects in Indonesia, China and other parts of the world using the latest proven technology and operates in accordance with internationally recognised safety and environmental standards.
Upstream operations include oil and gas exploration, development and production with PO&G holding stakes in three petroleum blocks all located in Sumatra, Indonesia.
At the downstream end, the company is developing LNG liquefaction plants, receiving terminals and large scale combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) power plants. In China, projects include CCGT power plants in Xiamen and Rudong.
The Xiamen power plant will be the first in China to be developed and constructed by a wholly-owned foreign company. It will have a total installed capacity of 4 x 390 MW (Phase 1 capacity of 2 x 390 MW).
In addition, the company is working with PetroChina to develop an LNG Receiving Terminal in Rudong with a total capacity of 6.5 million tonnes per annum (Phase 1 capacity of 3.5 million tonnes of LNG per year). Phase 1 of the Receiving Terminal is under construction with start up planned for first quarter of 2011. PO&G is the second foreign company to have a shareholding interest in a LNG Receiving Terminal in China.
